Do you ever feel like you are  taken advantage of?

Do you ever feel like you don’t get to spend time on the things you love because others steal your time?

Well, sorry to break it to you but you are not some unfortunate victim.

It is something that really annoys me when people constantly complain about how others always treat them badly. 

Yet when I ask them what they are doing about it; they just produce a long list of excuses which all add up to one thing – they are not prepared to take action to put a stop to the poor treatment 

If there is one lesson I wish people understood about relationships and interpersonal interactions, it is the following:
You teach people how to treat you.
article will teach you how you can teach others how to treat you.
