As usual, i was trying as much as possible to clear my desk and to get all pending requisition and appointments fixed as requested by my boss. My other colleague whose desk is just a few steps away from mine seems to have a lot of work to do. And if she doesn't get her desk cleared, then there's a tendency that she will be coming to work over the weekend. That means as, from age 25 years, you automatically adjust to information, knowledge, or whatever you're exposed to. The moment you clock 26 and above, you become responsible for your growth. You will need "You" to redirect your changes. The change you want or the habit you form will be your effort. You will have to focus, repeat, and affirm your change. As a young person below 25 years of age, you need to be exposed to the right information, knowledge, and teachings. Because we have been exposed to go to school, get good grades and get a job. It has affected our mindset and focus. It's now difficult for some of us to change that orientation because we have passed that age of automatic change.
