Have You Ever Been Confused About What You're Passionate About?

You see most coaches or trainers say "start with your passion."

Ok you now decided to sign up for a class so you can at least find your passion, and you ended up getting more confused.

Have you ever attended a class and the facilitator is saying your passion is all you need to start or start with what you love and everyone is sending different fire  stickers and you're busy asking yourself "what is it I'm passionate about?"  Because you don't even know what your passions are.

All this passion this, and  passion that

Eleh let it not confuse you.

Let me explain why every coach or trainer keeps saying start with your passion.

Now to survive in this industry, you must not just rely on passion. You must love and fall in love with whatever you are doing or want to do.

Even if you have a passion for something, if you don't fall In love with it over and over again it will be difficult to cope.

To debunk this mindset of passion, at some point, I was confused about what my passion was because I seem not to find one  so it's not about passion. 

You can hate something, it might not even be among the top one thousand things you would like to do yet you will do well in it

Let me use myself as an example, I dislike writing with passion, I never had an interest in writing so I could never have chosen writing for anything. But here I am.

So what changed? Because I discovered that writing is important and I decided to fall in love with it over and over again.

I gave myself reasons why I must acquire this skill. So you see, it's not about passion. You may be passionate about something and still won't do well in it. I am not saying do what you're passionate about is not good it's the key. But in a situation where you don't even know what your passions are just like me, if you think you don't even know what you're passionate about, it's okay. Just do the following

¶. Research a high-income skill

¶. Give yourself enough reasons why you must learn it

¶. Makeup your mind to love the skill with all your heart

¶. Start watching videos on it

¶. Start practicing

¶ Start building on it

If you keep waiting to find your passion, you may never start.

Whatever skill you decide to learn, start falling in love with it, if not, you will not succeed.

Imagine learning smartphone graphics or copywriting without deliberately falling in love with it, my dear you will give up.

My copywriting students said to me that, writing is hard  I laughed because I was once in their shoes. But if I tell them that I never liked writing, they will not believe me. They think writing has been my passion. The writing was never my passion.

If you have found your passion great. If you're still looking for your passion  please stop looking for it,  pick a skill and start learning it, then fall in love with it
