THE DYNAMICS OF PRODUCT AND SERVICE DELIVERY!

There are three important indicators that goes a long way to show if your product or service will enjoy maximum attention and patronages.

1. QUALITY

I learnt from a logistician sometime ago, that the quality of a product is measured by how long it stays on the production line in order to meet customer's needs and expectations. And the longer it stays on the production line, the higher the value it generates.

Masterpieces always takes time!

Therefore, take your time and look for the necessary ingredients that will enhance the quality of your product or service by making it outstanding.

The price value of any product or service can be  inarguably fixed beyond any marketable differences, once the quality is top-notch!

2. EFFECTIVENESS.

How effective is your product or service? What's the level of satisfaction it can deliver to your customers? Were your product or service potent enough to meet the needs and expectations of your customers in such a way that it endears them to your product performance and pricing system?

3. ACCEPTABILITY

Aliko Dangote once shared a beautiful insight on what the acceptability of a product or service is all about. He said;

' Any product or service that can equally meet the needs of a customer, at such a level where the cost difference is not much of a concern, will forever be accepted irrespective of the changing market economics'

Customer's needs and market value always go hand in hand.

If you want your product or service to be generally accepted, then you must weigh the needs of your customers and see how you can equally satisfy them at a  low cost with a maximum difference!
