 MANAGING MISTAKES EFFECTIVELY!

A wealthy businessman was in a position of appointing a manager in one of his company.

Twenty potential managers were assembled for the role. After careful assessment, the numbers were screened down to ten and then to five potential individuals.

This wealthy businessman looked at the five favourite managers for the role and ask each of them this simple question: 

'How often do you make mistakes?'

Four out of the five, explains how they try as much as possible to avoid mistakes while they carryout their managerial responsibility. 

Quite interestingly, the fifth guy among them explains how he has made numerous mistakes in his previous managerial role while trying to create systems and find new ways of doing his job. Mind you, this fifth guy was the least favorite in terms of experience and educational qualifications.

Without hesitation, this wealthy businessman appointed the fifth guy as the manager of his company. When asked why he took that risk, he said:

"The man who has made numerous mistakes while trying to create something new, have better chances of succeeding in any endeavors, compared to the one who just sit and tries nothing for fear of making mistakes"

As long as you are spinning for success, your mistakes shouldn't make you mad!

The more mistakes you make, the more you increase your chances of succeeding!

So don't be afraid my friend!

Take that risk and keep on trying new things until you succeed along the way!
