Are You Feeling This?

Image
Hi Friend, Are You Feeling This?  By John Paul For Smallstarter Business 📎✂💺💻💽  Every business starts with a ‘honeymoon’ phase. That’s the period just before and after you start your business. It’s a period filled with excitement, confidence, and passion. You’re excited because you finally created something out of that idea you’ve always had. You’re confident because the future looks very bright. And you feel a lot of passion because you’re finally doing something you love. But then… The honeymoon period ends. And then the reality of building a business starts to hit you. You realize there is a lot of work to do. There’s a huge pile of tasks, deadlines and commitments. And, in fact, some things are not working out the way you planned. And you’re under a lot of stress and pressure -- financial, physical, mental and emotional presures. And gradually, you start to feel less excited about your business. You start to have doubts and feel less and less confident about the future. Even

How Not To Abuse Relationships On Facebook

How Not To Abuse Relationships On Facebook Hi Friend,  Written By Orji Victor CP  1. Know why you are here and respect yourself. 2. Before you accept a friend request, try to check the person's profile to see if you can cope with the person's ideologies. 3. Don't reply anyone out of anger and jealousy.  4. Don't expect everyone to accept your posts just like that. 5. Don't expect everyone to reason, talk, behave, believe and write like you, give room for disagreement. 6. Don't tag people to your posts unnecessarily and regularly, it weakens relationship. 7. Forgive ahead because offences must come. 8. Don't carry any insult here to heart, as you log out, throw it out too.  9. Respect, value and honor people. 10. What you want others to do to you, first do to them, therefore like, share and comment on others posts.  11. Don't take anyone's freedom, humility and association with you here for granted or start to talk to the person without respect. 12.

What This Means Is That I PANIC!

Hi – Friend,  Writter: By Buckley Carthage here, 📴📴📴📴📴📴📴📴📴📴📴📴 A few moments ago, I was working away on my computer when all sudden, the screen went black. It was without warning and I really had no idea what was happening.  For much of my life, I have been riddled with anxiety. What This Means Is That  I PANIC! I lose control of myself and get caught up in thoughts about everything that could go wrong. When this happens, there are two further things that are guaranteed to happen: 1. I get frustrated, irritable and even angry.  These feelings stay with me for the day and so, I lose touch with my happiness. I end up being miserable for the rest of the day because something I didn’t understand happened. I feel like this even after the situation has been resolved. 2. I get so caught up in my feelings that I lose my ability to work.  I can't remain focused on the things that really matter to me. There have been times when I lost an entire day’s productivity because I was u

Why Having Flexible Thinking Will Make You Succeed

Hi Friend, Why Having Flexible Thinking Will Make You Succeed  🤝🤝🤳🤳👐🤘 By Leon CEO For  Lifehack  Just how elastic is your brain? Life as we know, is neither static nor unchanging. It’s fluid, as nothing stays the same. This year cannot be a better example!  This also means, that it's ever so important to have "elastic thinking", or what experts would call, cognitive flexibility.  This sort of thinking allows us to shift gears and think about something in more than one way. It may sound like we already have this sort of thinking in us, but not everyone intentionally uses it.  Flexible thinkers consider a range of different possible consequences of their actions rather than only considering an optimistic view or only considering a pessimistic view.  But being flexible doesn’t always mean having to give in, or saying yes either.  What it means, is that  you're able to look at things from a different perspective first, and then making a choice that is best.   Hi Friend ,   It Leon's Work Here  🎅👼💃🕺🤶👼💃👼🕺👳🕺🕺🕺💃💃🕺💃 Last week I introduced you to the little known sibling of Procrastination - Precrastination!  It's  the tendency to work on tasks at the earliest opportunity—even if it means more work or comes with extra costs.  While procrastinators delay important tasks for too long, precrastinators don't delay unimportant tasks long enough! So either way, you're suffering in the long run. Whether you're guilty of Pro or Pre- crastinating, it's something that CAN be overcome despite what many of us might think! I've even written a complete guide on how to stop procrastinating which you can  check out here. Plus, our Youtube host Justin recently did a vlog, sharing 5 solutions to overcome procrastination. There's also a FREE assessment that you can take at the end of the video, to find out why you procrastinate. So I highly encourage you to watch the video and try out the solutions for yourself!  C

Hi Friend  3 Surprising Benefits Of Worrying You Can Use To Your Advantage  By Leon From Lifehack  🚯🚰🅰🚯🚱🚯🚱🚱🚱🚱 It's common that we associate worrying as a bad thing.  Worrying gives you wrinkles and white hair!  My mom says that... and I'm not sure about that 😅  but what has been scientifically proven, is that excessive worrying can cause stress, and affect your mental wellbeing. It can take a toll on our health.  After all, worrying can be exhausting! But there is often a reason for why we worry. And... there are some surprising benefits to  certain kinds  of worrying.  What is Worrying?  So let's look at worrying as a whole.
