There Are 5 Kind Of Customers In The Business World

Written By Chibuzor Michael Onah

There are five different kinds of customers in the business world. When you start reading this work, you'll get to know that in one way or the other you would have come across any of these customers.

Let me start by saying a big thank you to  anyone who will read and grasp this work wholeheartedly.

 Lets get started:

1 Passing-by customer...

These are customers who only pass by your shop. If you're around, they stop by and buy from you, but if you're not, they go elsewhere to buy from another seller.

2 Enquiring customer...

These set of customers will patiently wait for you in your shop even while you're away for a few moment. These ones can be termed your esteemed customers, because they can't do without you.

3 Sourcing customer...

These are customers who keep in touch with you by calling you over the phone while you're not around.  Also these set of customers are seen as esteemed customers.

Infact, they don't feel happy buying stuff elsewhere once the shop owner is not around or had run out of stock.

Some will prefer to wait until the desired product is available then they can return . The reason is simply because of the quality relationship they've developed with the seller.

My point?

Master good relationship not only in business but in every other areas as well!

4  Ask and go customer...

These ones will come to  your shop and ask after you. Once you're not on ground  they will go elsewhere to buy their product without a second thought.

5 Come back later customer...

When these set of customers come around your shop while you're away. They can come back later. Although at other times they may not be able to make it up to you, the seller. Only on that note will you find them going elsewhere to buy their product.
