READ AND FIGHT
Written By Merry Paul, A Marriage Counselor
The one that Jesus truly saved can not be lost. Those who often get lost are those saved by the advertisement of cars and houses.
But the one who the Gospel is preached to in it's purity : HOW THAT CHRIST DIED, WAS BURIED AND ON THE THIRD DAY HE ROSE AGAIN For the forgiveness and remission of sins and that whosoever believes will not go to hell but have Everlasting life(one that never ends) that man can never be lost.
Even if He chooses to be lost, The Love of the father will always find Him.
We must understand that concerning the work of salvation, ours primarily is to believe, the father does the work and he doesn't do a half hazard work it's always thorough.
Being confident of this very thing, that He(God) which has begun a good work in you, will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.
If it's Truly God that saved you, you can't unsave yourself. Because He who began a work in you is faithful to complete it.
Some who loose out of Grace were never saved.
Grace in first instance is unmerited favor, if you didn't merit it, how can you loose what you didn't merit? Does it even make sense?
For by grace (underserved favor), ye are saved through faith (believe in the sacrifice of Jesus) and that not of yourselves (input work or ability): it is the gift of God: not of works lest any man should boast.
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them.
Believe me and believe me well, those who loose out were never saved; what they heard was invitation to the possessions of earthly things if they joined a certain church and not the sacrifice of Jesus.
When you're truly saved by Jesus, God's work continue in you from glory to glory until the perfect day.
A believer Genuinely saved by Jesus can never ever derive pleasure in Sin. And those still stuck in are those who are ignorantly stuck in it, they just need some more teachings, mind renewals in their true identity in Christ the Word.
We still stand firm to say that the only sin that has the capacity to take a man to hell is the very original sin of rejecting the Gospel: not believing in the sacrifice of Jesus.
The problem with some people or Churches is that they categorize sin. Sin of fornication is not different from the sin of anger or malice. Sin is sin. It's not only in commission but also in thoughts. That's why God said to Samuel God does not look on the physical appearance like men do, He looks at the heart.
Such where the case of the Pharisees, looking all Holy outside, but so dead and rotten on the inside. You never know the sin people are committing in their heart, although they are looking all "santimonious"
If sin was the basis or determinant if people will get into heaven or not,
1. No one will make it, for we have all sinned and come short of His glory
2. It would mean that Jesus wasted His time saving man. Because at the end, a little mistake can make him (man) loose out.
The sacrifice of Jesus is too great to be dislodged by sin. Sin and it's originator the devil has been defeated forever. Whosoever goes to hell goes on His or her own volition which is clearly rejecting the Gospel which is God's tool for the salvation of men.
Sin has been the issue from the beginning and that's what Jesus came to deal with and he delt thoroughly and severly with it.
He saw us in our sins and compassion filled his heart to save us from it, then can sin still be what will take us from Him, is sin that powerful??
Having you not read where Paul said nothing can separate us from the love of God. Not our love for Him, His Love For us.
Spiritual things are indeed and truly foolish to carnal men, they can't discern it. Think on these.
Merry Paul.
