Do you work out regularly? And if you do, have the recent lockdown and restrictions prevented you from getting your regular workout?

Ever since restrictions to curb the pandemic came into place, globally, tens of millions have experienced effective virtual work outs. 

Suddenly, everyone's searching for youtube videos, fitness apps, buying equipment online etc 

And it's been a success! 

Now that we're living in this new norm, a survey has shown that 9 in 10 Americans who exercise regularly want to continue with home workouts even as gyms start to open. 

I guess there's just something gratifying about the convenience of rolling out of bed, or getting out of your sofa and getting a quick workout done. 💪🏼 💦

The perception of homework outs have changed drastically, and as many as over 90% of Americans find their home workouts to be effective! 

And with reason. It's:
  • Convenient
  • No commute needed
  • You can do it anytime - a quick 10 minute session to take a break from work, or a 30 minute session before your next Zoom call.
  • No need to share equipment or worry about germs
  • You're safe at home! - For those who are shy or feel intimidated working out at the gym and being surrounded by FIT fanatics.
  • Less expensive - no gym membership fees, no personal trainer fees

I'm sure you could come up with more reasons, but you get where I'm going with this. 

And since it's so important and beneficial to exercise, it's hard to say no to home workouts. Especially now! 

It reduces lethargy from being sedate all day. Exercise increases your endorphins, which correlates to an overall positive wellbeing.
