How Has The Pandemic Changed Our Lives?

In terms of your lifestyle.. routines.. things you used to do or believe in.. maybe new discoveries you've made as a result of everything that's happened?

And do you think these changes are temporary and permanent?

I'm sure you can agree with me, when I say that this year has been full of uncertainties.. and as a result, many of us have been forced to adapt or make changes.

This can be both a good and bad thing. You might have adopted some great new habits, or you might have taken on some not so good ones...

But ultimately, how will you allow these changes to affect the plans for your future?

A while back, I shared with you the weight gain journey my friend went through because he stopped working out when the gyms were shut. Instead of finding an alternative, he gave himself a break that I guess.. never ended.

More than 6 months later, he's put on a ton of weight and as places are slowly opening back up, he's having a tough time getting back into shape as he let himself go too far.

So the point I want to share with you is that, awareness is key.

Don't get 'carried' away by what's happening now just because it's all that's happening. I get it..we're reading the news, we see it on TV, on social media, everyone's talking about it..

It's easy to get sucked in, but being aware of your actions and what you can do to progress on with your intended goals for the future, will get you through.

Don't overestimate the degree to which your future actions will be shaped by this current circumstances. If you feel like there are certain behaviors that are starting to spiral out of control, or you're facing a rut, know that this won't be permanent.

You can do change it around. It's normal to feel somewhat lost and maybe even scared about your future and security, but what I've found to be useful all these years is this Full Life philosophy that I live by.

It has helped me to stay focused on my goal no matter how uncertain things are. My goals and life missions haven't changed. Instead, I tune the method in which I go about achieving those goals if life throws me one too many lemons.

By living a full life, I've been able to focus my efforts on what matters the most and this has always given me a sense of security and hope for my future

In fact, I made an announcement a few weeks back, to share with you the launch of my first book titled - The Full Life Framework: The Essential Guide.

This book details the Full Life philosophy that I use to make my goals and dreams happen without any sacrifices. So if you feel like the changes this year has put a strain on your emotional wellbeing, and you want to be able to feel confident about your future again, then I'd love for you to check out my book.

In fact, I want to give you a FREE copy. All you need to do, is cover the shipping costs and that's it!

Oh and it ships internationally too!

Cheers,
Leon
