Have You Found Your North 🌟 Star?

Have you ever tried going through a real maze?  Where you start from somewhere and have to find your way through the maze to get to the other end...and all around you, you're surrounded by tall bushes or trees that prevent you from seeing the end point? You simply have to navigate by luck or trial and error until you reach the exit otherwise...you're trapped!   That's the same feeling you may have experienced at some point in time, where you may be pursuing after a goal or wanting to get to something, but you're unable to as obstacles and challenges get in the way.  They leave you going in circles or coming to a dead end...and you have to find your way again to reach the finishing point - which is achieving that goal. And the reason why you may have found yourself lost, going off tangent, or walking into dead ends may be that you never really had a North Star guiding you... If you were in a maze, and had a guide who knew where the exit point was, then chances are you'd be out of that maze quick and effortlessly am I right?  This is the same with any goal that you want to achieve. When you have a North Star, it'll ensure that the actions you're taking towards that goal is aligned, focused and within the bounds of what you actually want to achieve.  So a North Star is the greater overall goal with which you align smaller, achievable goals to. You can also think of it essentially as your purpose in life.  Often, we find ourselves lost or unsure of where we're going in life because we never really thought hard enough about what our purpose was in life. The meaning and contentment that we want to feel and get out of our time on earth. We just go about with the motions of life, responsibilities and we lose sight of the bigger picture... Is this where you're at currently?  If you can relate to what I've just shared, then perhaps it's time to discover your purpose or North Star in your life.  As you determine your purpose, your confidence will inevitably grow...and you'll feel energized by your progress in pursuing goals that mean something to you. And as you keep pushing yourself towards your goals and towards your purpose, you’ll begin to truly understand how failure and mistakes lead to growth. And, this will help you break out of your rut, because every single step you make towards your goal is progress.  If you've been feeling trapped in your own 'maze' for a while now, don't give up because there are always hidden opportunities within obstacles that you can use to break free, and work your way towards your goal again.  Obstacles that come our way are necessary for growth. If we never had to face any adversities, blockers, setbacks or failures in life, our experiences would be cake! We’d have it so easy. We'd never be forced to adapt, grow and mature!  So if anything, it is a good thing to have challenges and setbacks in life.  So why not take some time now, to think about the situation you're in, and see if you can find any good opportunities that you can use to step out?  Perhaps if you've found your North Star, you'd be able to realize how certain setbacks came about because they weren't aligned?
