Why big DREAM big TEAM? The skyscraper is not meant for you alone

First of all what’s dream? Before we dig dipper.

Dream :

 From my definition;It means, what’s giving you sleepless night or nights that you want to achieve in a while or what you’re longing for to become today or in the nearest future.   

The future dream:

Another definition, is defined a goal or a plan you set for yourself today, tomorrow or in the future to achieve.

   OR

It’s a proper plan    host by an organization or a group of folk with the sole aim to execute it in the future.

Team: 
Defined a board of organization or a group of people agreed on one mind to work together with the purpose to achieve something great and be happy.

Team it abbreviated this way:

T-together

E-everyone

A-achieve

M-more

I have never seen a self-made super man in my whole life who boost of all his wealth achieving them all alone without the help of people in tangle, hell no. not even In this 21^st century is it going to happen. The reason is, people have contributed in your way success believe it or not.  fine let say you’re not going to work your life with people you intend working alone and die alone all the rest of  your life in your mini company  I termed it that way because you’re now only the figure doing all the carries go life. You can never succeed massive and you’ll always strive for higher but you’ll always remain at same spot in fact one day you end up break down; you have quite big dream but no big team. You and I have big dreams but the case here is when it time for explosion lets grow with big team. The expensive matter here is you can never succeed alone, you can only succeed hundred percent with firm time in every profession, T D Jakes didn’t walk alone his company, Robert T. Kiyosaki don’t, Brian Tracy also… why will our own case exceptional? Now watch this’s how a dream a team conscious minded person thinks.

‘I am seek and tired the small level I am, I want to grow my dream’s mason I can’t take it alone, I can’t work alone, I want to expand my business abroad and I   want to employ professionals in my firm’.

 This is how a dream and team person thinks exclusively like.

What’s the advantage big dream big team?

1 It makes work very easy

2 It reduces stress and pain

3 It’s fast and snappy

4 It makes the business strong

5 It publish the business abroad

6 The company gains much profit

7 It creates harmony and peace the workers.
