Why Do You Think They Recommend Books For Their Team Members?

Why Do You Think They Recommend Books For Their Team Members?

 Written By Daniel Adebayo,

A  Content Writer Strategist

I remembered Early 2015 when I struggled to read

I will wake up by 5 AM hoping to read for at least an hour before going for lectures.

Between 5 am - 6 am, honestly, I won't know how I still slept off.

Though I was not happy, but I keep at it, most times I will read in the evening for an hour.

Until I met Fasola Victor and Awoleke Damilola, that was when I was highly Motivated to read

I'm a person that loves to be influenced positively, when I see them reading, I usually felt the urge to do the same.

And later I was so deliberate about it

I also listen to some powerful messages by Bishop David Oyedepo (an excellent reader)

I attended a PBN conference where Pastor Olusegun Lana said something that opened my eyes, I'll paraphrase it, he said, "the mysteries behind reading is that you are getting the secrets of mistakes and successes of entrepreneurs which took them about 30 - 50 years in a SINGLE BOOK"

While on campus I could read for 5 - 7 hours at a go.

Even NOW. Learning continues

Dear reader, the No. 1 secret I have discovered to overcome laziness in reading is MOTIVATION

Elon Musk used to read 2 books a day

Warren Buffett reads 500 pages a week

Why do you think great entrepreneurs read?

Why do you think they recommend books for their team members?

You should know 'E get why'

And the reason is that, via reading, you will get some hidden solutions that are hardly found in the public domain.

This is July, I could count about 15 books that I have read plus other templates, proposals... All in 7 months
