MY 12 REASONS MINISTRIES CRASH

A Teacher Of The World 

 The Children of Adam continued successfully to run the affairs of this earth, even when their parents died.

The Children of Noah were able to carry on with the affairs of this earth, even when their parents died.

Joshua successfully carried on with the assignment God gave to Moses, when Moses was gone. 

He successfully led them into the promised land and shared it accordingly to them.

Elisha successfully carried on with the Ministry of Elijah when Elijah went on to be with God.

He even did better and greater according to theologians.

David successfully carried on with the leadership of isreal when Saul the king went away .

Solomon though not the first son of David successfully carried on with the kingship of Isreal in absence of his father David. 

Apostle Peter was able to carry on with the Ministry of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ successfully when our Lord and Saviour went away into heaven.

It is not God's will for your ministry to die with you.

Ministry is a service and service is a continuous thing, it outlives the starter.

....that they might bear fruits and that their fruits may remain......that's the will of the Father/owner of the work.

MY 12 REASONS MINISTRIES CRASH/GET STAGNATATED OR DIE JUST BECAUSE THE FOUNDER/LEADER IS NO MORE.

1. Making the Ministry yours and not Gods

2. Running it as a business centre and not a Ministry where everything is centred on you and you alone.

When everything is you and you alone, when you are no more, everything will collapse.

3. Building on gifts instead of on the word of God.

4. Not having solid foundation and leadership structures. 

Nothing stands long without a solid foundation and structures.

5. Not coaching and mentoring associates and followers truthfully.

6. Making yourself a god and not a co-labourer with your followers

7. Mismanagement of people's talents and treasures.

8. Afraid of been betrayed by your associates if you train them well.

9. Not giving your associates opportunities to shine and manifest.

10. Getting angry when your associates shine and manifest more than you can.

11. Obeying the flesh rather than the spirit of God in running the affairs of the ministry and appointing successors.

12. Having secret like occultism, JuJu or gimmicks which you run the ministry with, of which you can't tell your associates and followers.

Whatever God gives as an assignment mostly lives on to be greater and better, even when the poinner is gone.

My Prayer for us:-

1. May the good work in our hands live on even till Christ returns, in Jesus name, Amen

2. May the assignment from God to us conquer all storms of life and phases of changes, in Jesus name, Amen

3. In whatever phase we meet, may we come out better, bigger, greater and higher, in Jesus name, Amen.

4. May the good things we inherited from anyone or given to us by someone, never die in our hands, rather, may it flourish and grow in all ramifications, in Jesus name, Amen

5. May we never have successors who will destroy what we have laboured hard to build, in Jesus name, Amen.

6. May nothing be able to collapse your good works, in Jesus name, Amen.

7. Recieve the grace and wisdom to build the Ministry or Organisation that is so solid that it will not be difficult for your successors to carry on, in Jesus name, Amen
