That's an age long question that has generated different answers.


But here is what I've observed


Leaders are BORN

Leaders are MADE


While its true that some are born with noticeable leadership traits and instincts, but that doesn't over-ride the fact that everyone is a POTENTIAL leader.


(Potentials are qualities that exist and can be developed)



INHERENT IN EVERY INDIVIDUAL IS THE ABILITY TO LEAD.


And here is the good news, this inherent ability to lead can be DEVELOPED.
