WHY DO PEOPLE FEEL DEMOTIVATED AND UNHAPPY?
Having worked with about 500+ students, youths and adults at various grassroot level. I can boldly say, that the reason why many feel unhappy despite their personal struggle and efforts are:
1. Low self-esteem
2. Comparison
3. Environmental defect.
4. Unhealthy fear.
5. Discontentment or ingratitude.
As an academic instructor, educator and personal development coach, I've had students, youth and adults share with me their deepest fears and concern. Of course, some of them have everything going well, both academically, socially, financially and otherwise. Yet, they seem not to be happy with themselves and with everyone around them.
I went home to read, study, researched and discovered the foundational solutions to the problems affecting these individuals. Some of them includes:
1. Positive self-esteem: Love yourself for who you are!
2. Self-confidence: Be bold about yourself!
3. Self-accommodation: Believe in yourself and in the qualities you possess.
4. Self-actualization: Be in touch with your innermost values and vision!
5. Self-mastery: Be in control of yourself and take responsibility!
I've applied this workout tools in transforming the internal and external conditions of my clients. They now understood that finding true happiness is not a goal we pursue on the outside, but from within ourselves!
For many of them, they now possess the inner power to stay happy, peaceful and purposeful, despite their current circumstances! Your psychological health (ph) can be enhanced to function productively, when you decide within yourself to remain happy, peaceful, enthusiastic, determined and hopeful!
