SELF DESTRUCTION

SELF DESTRUCTION

Written By Isaiah Ilo

SELF DESTRUCTION.    There lies a shadow, moving at every side: the left, the right. It wishes for us all to crumble, its darkness overshadows our dwelling, and it bears the nature of evil in us.

Friends, and everyone out there, ``sin", is that shadow that has cast an evil eye on us. But our ignorance works hand in hand with that enemy. We want the possession of the earth, but no one seeks the heavens possessions. The ladies are busy posting pictures on the media glorifying their bodies to the mass. Their faces ignite a smile caused by the number of likes. Why do you cherish your body so much, exalting it to the gaze of men. Your shadow has led men to darkness. Your figure has formed the pattern of accessing immorality.

For the men, I realize your hormone is the president of your souls . We are said to possess the mantle of leadership, but our senses are led, can`t compete with the stature, caused by a woman sculpture. And we swim in our ravenous identity, claiming to be leaders. For I would count women worthy of the power they derive from watching men sleep in their bosom.

All this has made sin hold the upper hand in my generation. Tell me, isn't there a need for war,  to drive away this shadow lurking in the darkness to deliver our souls to Satan.

End SARS came, and for the first time, I watched as my kind revolted against a system that took the life of our brethren. But there is a system, founded by the devil, and that system is ``sin"  It is now, or never we begin to fight. Ladies forget your beauty for a moment and the pictures that swam like flies, driving your attention into an empty hole. Men forget your carnal desire for sex, money, and vote the spirit of God as the president of your soul. Find yourself in the chambers of prayers, seek forgiveness, and let a revival burn self. A fire shall burn, and that shadow lurking around our generation will be excavated.

   Thank you,

   Isaiah Ilo.
