When Couples Separate, It Is The Children That Suffers
When Couples Separate, It Is The Children That Suffers.

A lot of boys have grown to be men but have no idea what it means to be a father because they were raised by a mother.
And a lot of girls have grown to be women but have no idea what it means to be a mother because they were raised by their Dad.
Some grew up without a father and mother and spent their entire childhood from one foster home to another or from one orphanage to another.
The love may grow cold.
The marriage may become sour.
The person you married may turn out not to be who you thought.
Distractions may come to break the home.
So many challenges and temptations.
This is why a lot of marriages now a days end up in divorce.
In fact as the lawyer is joining you in marriage, he is also giving you his card just in case you want to file for a divorce.
The rate of divorce is now competing with the rate of marriage. Marriages don't last any longer.
Today's world, people are afraid of getting married, so they do partnership. They have an agreement or a marriage contract which they can leave anytime they feel or are not obligated to any marital responsibilities.
Women still maintain their last names and can't trade anything for their freedom to live the life.
Men are not ready to commit or stay faithful to one partner, they feel it's a prison and they need air. They need freedom to have and be with any woman they want.
All these have broken homes and led to separated marriages.
The issue is that the spouses go on and start a new life with someone else but the persons that suffer the most are the children or child.
These children lose the place of parenthood in their life.
They lose love and affection from their parents.
They begin to struggle through life to live and make a meaning out of life.
These children are eventually abused by others and exposed to a lot of unimmaginable risk.
Understand that marriage is not all about you.
It also takes into account the children you bring into this world.
They are your responsibilities and you will be held accountable on how you raised them up.
The scripture says, "train a child in the way he should go and when he grows, he will not depart from it.
Due to broken homes and separated marriages, children have to find a way to survive. Some go into drugs, others prostitution, and many undergo peer pressure just to find meaning in life.
Just because Mama and Papa are not there to give a hand and guide them through.
So, if you want to file for a divorce and set yourself free when you have children or kids, find the best possible ways not to abandon these children but bring them up in the right way.
YOUR HAPPINESS SHOULD NOT BE SOME ONE ELSE'S SUFFERING OR CROSS.
