How To Get Your Motivation Back When You've Lost  It All

Written BY Leon Ho

Things are not the same anymore.

Before, you were trying to achieve something.

You worked hard every day for your goals.

You couldn't wait to get home and work on your business.

To go to the gym after a long workday.

To wake up early to learn that new skill you know would change your life.

You were always looking forward to that moment.

It didn't matter how tired you were, because you were motivated.

But now, things have changed now.

You've lost your motivation.

You don't want to work as hard anymore.

Now, you barely go to the gym.

The times when you wake up early to study are rare.

And because you're not putting in the work, you're not making any progress.

You're not getting any results.

You know you need to pursue your goals relentlessly if you want things to change.

You know you have to do something about it.

If you don't, you'll end up quitting.

It's just that don't have the motivation you had before.

The desire is just not there.

Question is...

What?

What can you do to recover the motivation you've lost and start working hard to achieve your goals again?

The key is in setting small rewards for yourself.

How so?

Let me explain.

Sure, we need to have long-term goals.

However, because we take a long time to get them, we don't feel any sense of accomplishment until later on.

And this makes us lose the motivation that will get us there in the first place.

That's when rewards come in.

These short-term rewards give us the extra motivation we need to continue our pursuit of success.

They give us that same adrenaline rush and sense of accomplishment of achieving something.

If we use them frequently, they will reinforce the good behaviors that will ultimately get us closer to our goals.

When you start using a reward system, things won't be the same.

You'll be more motivated than ever.

You won't be frustrated anymore.

Instead, you'll want to keep on pushing to achieve your goals.

Every day, you'll do the right things because you'll know the reward is right there in front of you.

Not years away.

And each reward will take you closer to your goal.

Try it next time you run out of motivation and see what happens.

It will make a difference.

I promise.

Your coach,

Leon
