"6 Steps to successfully become successful. Really?"

"Yes dear,  you heard me right. These steps have proved to be very effective, I'm an eye witness and a testifier. So, relax and learn from a writer with the experience."😀

.

.

You know, by this time last year, a lot of us had an unending list of goals for next year. These were goals we listed and held dearly, waiting for 2020, to launch the attack. But now the question is, were those goals executed? Were they left in your diary because you tried but failed? Or you never attempted to, after listening to "I can't kill myself," by Timaya.

.

.

Well, I won't dispute the fact that 2020 unraveled lot's of unusual series. Notwithstanding, a good number of persons made some spectacular moves that ushered and are still ushering them to greatness. They bagged several opportunities while others were indifferent shouting "Na God hand we dey."

.

.

Indeed, Na God hand we dey oo, but if you stay nonchalant in the hands of God, you will remain the same, singing the same old song while others are making it big. To avoid these woes, below are 6 steps I thought would be helpful in our pursuits for success. These include...

.

.

1. #Abide With God.

To be successful, you need God in the equation of your life. You might think you are smart and has all it takes to pitch your tenth on the sky, I'm sorry to disappoint you. The Bible said, by strength shall no man prevail. You need the grace of God to shine fort in 2021. All you need to do is to go to God in prayers, surrendering yourself to him. When this is properly done, you would see the transformation that will come after.

.

.

2. #Set Goals For Yourself

To set Goals simply means to carefully consider what you would like to achieve at a particular period. When setting your goals for 2021, don't set goals that are pretty within your ability, rather set realistic goals that would take you outside your comfort zone. And by now, we should be done setting our goals for 2021.

.

.

3. #Be  Determined/Intentional

This is an integral and essential part of success. You have to be determined, diligent, and intentional about achieving goals. Don't just set goals and face the ceiling, you need to put in the necessary efforts you think will help you achieve them. Nothing good comes easy, success does not come by mere desire, your effort has to show for it. Therefore, become rugged and crazy for Sucess.

.

.

4. #Attend Seminars/Trainings:

Next year, enroll in seminars and training that would be of great benefit to your personal development. No man is an island of knowledge and if you find one, that has the knowledge you need, even if it requires you paying to get that value, please do. It might be uneasy while paying but trust me, you will become better thereafter.

.

.

5. #Flow With Like-minded.

This is self-explanatory. Surround yourself with people who push you to do and become better, people who motivate you to seek higher goals and bring out the best in you. Your Circle shouldn't be less challenging if not, you might not get the motivation you need when you will need one. If this would warrant You cutting off some friends, go ahead. You can't be going to Lagos, and board the same vehicle with people going to Abuja. Let iron sharpen iron.

.

.

6. #Stop Wishing And Start Doing:

A lot of us spend the entire time, wishing to be like this or that kind of person without doing anything serious to become that kind of person. Let next year be different. Stop wishing and start doing those things you desire to see yourself doing. You want to be a writer, start writing, you want to be a singer, start singing. It mustn't be perfect when you begin but as you continue, you will get better. You've spent the entire 2020 wishing, let 2021 be the doing year for you.
