BUSINESS NAME REGISTRATION

Business Name is registered by a Sole Proprietorship Business and the maximum number of proprietor is two. In this type of registration, the business owner and the owner are seen as one i.e all liabilities are on the owner. This is the cheapest type of business registration in Nigeria.

Please find below the registration requirements

·       2 suggested names for search.

·       1 passport photograph

·       I.D of the proprietor.

·       Name and address of the proprietor.

·       Residential and office address.

·       Email address and phone no of the proprietor.

·       Signature of proprietor. 

·       Business objectives.

The Business name registration takes approximately 10-15  working days and your business name availability is confirmed in 24 hours after payment has been received. Registering your business name with us costs #20,000 only. .

The process starts when we receive full payment. 

Please note that the initial name search is done at no cost, however if there is the need for a subsequent name search, that would come at an additional cost of #2,000.

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY REGISTRATION

This can be registered by either a start up or an existing company. What differentiates it from Business Name is the fact that the Business is seen as a separate entity from the owner. The Business can sue and be sued in the court of law. To register it, you need at least two directors and a secretary.

The price given here is that of 1 million share capital which is the minimum share capital but if you want to register more than 1 million share capital, the price increases. You should also note that there are some businesses that cannot register under one million share capital such as betting, oil and gas etc.

Please find the registration requirements below:

• 2 suggested names for search.
• I.D of at least 2 Directors.
• I.D of Secretary.
• Names and addresses of Directors and Secretary.
• Email address and phone numbers of Directors and Secretary.
• Office address.
• Shares division (Please note that the shareholders have to be individuals)
• ID of Shareholders (if different from Directors)
• Signature of Directors. (could be a picture of the signature)
• Company objectives
• Cost is #60,000

  

Your Company incorporation takes approximately 5-7 working days and your company name availability is confirmed in 24 hours after payment has been received.

TRADEMARK REGISTRATION

This is protecting your logo, business or name against theft. This is registered under Ministry of Trade and Commerce.

Please find the registration requirements below:

• Name and logo to be registered.
• Name and address of owner (author).
• Class of Trademark.
• Email address and phone number of applicant.
• Cost is #65,000

The Trademark registration takes approximately 3 weeks or less. Processing begins as soon as full payment is received.

NGO REGISTRATION 

• • Two suggested names for search  
  • Names of Trustees (between 2 to 10) as it appears on ID
  • 2 passport photographs each.
  • Aims and Objectives. 
  • Phone number and office address.
  • Name of Chairman and Secretary (to be among the Trustees)
  • Common seal and advert in the newspapers for 28 days (This we would take care of).
  • Email, phone no, ID and addresses of the Trustees
  • Cost is #105,000

The NGO registration takes approximately 5 to 6 weeks after all requirements have been provided .The Trustees will have to come around to append their signatures when it is required of them. Quorum for decisions to be reached will be needed during the course of registration.

Also, note that proceeding to do your business /company registration with us means that you agree to the terms that we are not responsible for your certificate after 2 weeks of informing you that your certificate is ready for pick up.
