For instance, who else have lived ever again like this
humble hero? And again who wants to challenge him to live above his age? Many souls
have gone so early into the 6 feet the
ground and not because it’s their time but because they fail to do something
paramount with their live.

Many times I have
wonder and ponder enough to myself, why in
those days our aged parents or till today some of them aging gracefully some
live like 95, 99, 100 or 110 sure? I have seen one grand ma on a faithful day
she is been interviewed on a Emmanuel T V station. How old is she? She said
110. Wow! I was very shocked to my bones and stood to my feet watching grandma talking with all might and laughter,
my goodness I think that’s splendid I like it and I tend to live such where I see my great –
great children surrounding me and be happy me too.
Have you ever think such way like me? Be curious a minute
for something.
They eat good diet
to balance their system, and live a maintainable good life. A woman or a man in
those days can suspend cooking a while just to travel a long distance from home
to go collect some vegetables in the farmland for cooking.
And today in this
jet age we found it too difficult to visit our market just nearby community to
go buy some veggies to add to our meal instead you prepare it that way. Why
won’t we leave below 85 year? But this set of information can help us amend our
ways so we live above 85.
1 Always be
happy
When you’re in a
happy mood all the time you live older than your age and your nerves system wax
more stronger, let say for example you’re 45 – year- old believe me you appear
in front the big world a 30 – year- old person that’s fantastic and very
interesting. And that’s because you’re thrill. A time In life you get something that can upset you or make
you cry but never let it get stuck of you but try as much to win the race be happy and happy you’re always be.

Try to eat good food and to balance your diet well, so you
look fresh and healthy all the time; there is this saying ‘health is wealth’ of
course for real, if you say you are going to live for 85 years or above that is your choice none
can stop you for that, it all boils down on you to determine the certain kind of meal you feed into your system
on daily basis. For instance, you feed your system on same nutrient cassava (carbohydrate)
all the time and expect to be healthy not at all. You lack vitals into your
body that can make you grow well like: fat and oil, mineral salt, vitamins and
many classes of food. So in a nutshell endeavor to fit well into the wheel just
to avoid friction or a break down along the way or the future.
