She has no golden parachute, unless her business is providing skydiving lessons. She has to look her employees straight in the eye when it comes time to lay them off rather than just issuing a  corporate edict.

I am by name Chibuzor Michael Onah the CEO and founder of cBAYLand. To the best of my knowledge  i have not seen much yet in life, but i have read all manner of faced books  both in marriage, relationship, business and lots more not just mention; this equipped me and made me who i am today.And above all else,  I have sit and dine with great men that had position me too well by their good counsel, people like bishop victor orji, Mr Jordan; i call him 'my rich dad' and more of them , i can attest the fact that i am not at 0% but  at least 99.9% i give Almighty God the glory not by my own power but his own making. And lastly my aim is to build and put in men the entrepreneur spirit for some of them who think they cannot make it any longer in life.

 ‘Americans realize that there is far greater risk in investing your own time, your own money and your own heart into starting a small business- and it’s even harder to make it a successful one. And these risks made by the small-business owners all in search of far less financial reward than their CEO counterparts.

what Dr. Luntz meant here American's loved entrepreneurship so much and that's why you see them grow so wide in technology. but can't compare with indians, technology,

Your boss is a challenge to you.

      By Michael C.Onah A guy shared with me in my closed some time back    about a fair pretty lady who one stupid    and  callous man    that called himself a boss    wants to take advantage of her first before he could proceed further in the job application he wants    to give to her while in his office campaigning with her. What’s the pay check a month? That the fair one has to sell her dignity to a man who is not her rightful husband? Now thank God for the lady she didn’t succumbed to his take, ‘To hell with you and your dirty job I’m a cost product in Jesus I’m not cheap for you or like other girls who are desperate for something…’    She bounced out from his office, keeping the boss in hell thought of his life. If it were to be some other ladies they will hastily succumbed and the job will be granted to them. All this boils down to; your boss is a challenge to you. If that lady had something on her own doing she wouldn’t have experienced such blast all her life.   H
