Especially so this year?  Many of us have been waiting for the right moment..waiting out the pandemic, waiting for a vaccine, waiting for the job market or economy to pick up... But what have you been doing in the mean time?  Because time hasn't stopped.  For some, this mentality holds us back from doing more. We're losing precious time and missing out on potential opportunities.  My friend Lionel (not really his name, for obvious reasons 😞) gained 8kg in 5 months since the COVID-19 pandemic.
